Oils and fats

There is currently a silent war going on over fats and fats (andΒ  of course oils). Why are you quiet precisely because lobbies advocating hydrogenated but also highly saturated fats want to hide their crime.

There are fats that are so dangerous and come from plant origin, which you would never expect. Hydrogenated fats are more dangerous than any animal. The process by which they are obtained is so violent and excessive that such fat when exposed to heat treatment actually becomes pure carcinogen.

Most often we can find palm oil here, for example in frozen french fries, but also in other products. But it is not the only danger… The recent discovery that even coconut oil that is polyunsaturated is not suitable for human consumption but is a wonderful cosmetic product for hair and skin care.

Vegetable oils such as sunflower and vegetable oils are also harmful because they are also polyunsaturated and are not the best choice for human consumption. The only monounsaturated oil is olive oil and although they have said many times that heat treatment of this oil is harmful, in fact this is not true. Polyunsaturated oils are very heavy when found in the stomach because the processing enzymes have to be very diverse and it is never good to cause a lot of enzymes because when they become acidic then complications occur. Our digestion is a system that requires as little effort as possible when food is digested, and the eating habits of today’s people are such that they literally lead to an attack on our enzyme variants.

Enzymes as a system are actually key-locks, and because the more foods of any kind you consume the digestive system will have to produce more types of enzymes which is a big strain on the system itself and is not recommended in the long run can lead to non-benign health complications. Today oils come from different sources and areas and this often means that they are not always in line with product declarations. Counterfeit or mixed oils are often found to be so harmful that they quickly show their negative effects, and the blood count is so bad that doctors or most of them will put you on cholesterol medications, medications with severe side effects, unnecessary medications, and the right diagnosis is BAD NUTRITION and BAD OIL SELECTION.

Try to get rid of all oils except olive oil for two weeks, but you have to do this puristically, you will have to check all the products you consume exactly what they contain from fats and oils. Snacks such as figs baked in palm oil, frozen french fries from palm oil, and various products processed on vegetable homogenized fat are often on store shelves.

The king of cosmetic oils is coconut polyunsaturated oil, which is not good for nutrition, but it will work wonders for your hair and skin. You can turn it into a beautiful peeling by adding salt and lemon and gentle circular movements in the shower to peel the whole body and face. Your skin will shine. You can apply the same principle with other oils such as olive, sunflower or perhaps some exotic oil.

Such oils serve to soothe, refresh the space through the oil lamp, but also to refresh and smell the furniture and bedding with pillows with a few drops of oil with the scent of your choice. You can definitely put a few drops of fragrant oils in the bathtub when bathing for a beautiful wellness feeling. All oils are also wonderful for massaging parts or the whole body, so if you want to pamper your partner with a base oil massage with a few drops of essential oil (lavender is soothing and I recommend just that scent, but you can use other scents, avoiding lily of the valley and jasmine because the leaves are mixed with base oils and creams and the scent becomes too intense).

Peppermint oil, if it is of good quality, you can drip up to 1 drop into tea or water, especially when you suffer from sore throats, headaches, etc. Mint in massage cream refreshes the body, penetrates the muscles and relaxes the person you are massaging. Take care of those you love, you will get 100 times back. Believe in the process
