Omelette with fresh cheese and tomatoes
Omelette with fresh cheese and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
250 g Eggs
50 g Onions
100 g Tomatoes
50 g Fresh cheese
Preparation:
In a large skillet preheat olive oil and add onions.
Saute onions on low heat until transluscent.
Add tomatoes and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs and add them to the onions and tomatoes.
Cook untik the eggs are done.
On top of the omelette put fresh cheese and serve as desired.
