Lentil soup
Lentils are healthy substitute for meat since they are high in protein and fiber. They are also packed with folate, iron, phosphorus, potassium and fiber.
This soup is a great way to add some protein to your body.
Ingredients:
200 g Water200 g Lentils (green or red)
100 g WaterΒ
5 g Salt
5 g Black pepper
5 g Garlic
5 g Turmeric
4 g Flaxseeds or black seeds
1 g Rosemary
Preparation:
Boil red or green lentils in salted, peppered water and put garlic and turmeric in it.
Cook until the lentils soften and reduce the water a little.
Mix part of the cooked lentils and leave the other part as it is.
Sprinkle with flax or black cumin seeds and fresh rosemary.
