Grilled Vegetables
Simple recipe that works with so many dishes. You can serve it with rice, quinoa, grilled meat and so many other variations.
Ingredients:
20 ml Olive oil
5 g Salt
3 g Black pepper
50 g Zucchini
50 g Mushrooms
50 g Bell peppers
100 g Onions
10 g Garlic
Cut the zucchini and bell peppers in long strips and cut the mushrooms and onions in bigger chunks.
Put on a greased, already hot grill or skillet.
Add garlic, salt and black pepper.
When vegetables are done serve as desired.
