Bread with seeds
Tasty, easy to make bread with seeds.
1 kg Flour
10 g Yeast
10 ml Oil
550 ml Water
3 g Salt
5 g Flaxseed or Black seed
In a little bit of water, disolve yeast.
In another bowl, mix flour and salt together. Add dry yeast mixture to the flour and salt.
Add seeds such as black seed or flaxseed or both.
Let the dough sit in room temprature for 2 hours or 6 hours in the fridge. Keep the dough in the fridge until baking time.
Bake on 220° C for 30 minutes.
