5 stalks celery – 1 medium-sized cucumber – 1/4 cup parsley, tightly packed – 1/2 cups of spinach , tightly packed, or 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce, tightly packed

  • Run all the ingredients through the juicer. Enjoy immediately for best results. Store any leftover juice in an airtight container in the fridge.

  • Alternatively, chop all the ingredients and then blend athem together in a high-speed blender until liquefied (Don’t add water) and then strain through a nut milk bag or chesecloth. 


Enjoy this recipe as it is, or feel free to add extra spinach or romaine.
