5 stalks celery – 1 medium-sized cucumber – 1/4 cup parsley, tightly packed – 1/2 cups of spinach , tightly packed, or 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce, tightly packed
Run all the ingredients through the juicer. Enjoy immediately for best results. Store any leftover juice in an airtight container in the fridge.
Alternatively, chop all the ingredients and then blend athem together in a high-speed blender until liquefied (Don’t add water) and then strain through a nut milk bag or chesecloth.
