1/2 cup pitted medjool dates – 1/2 cup water – 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon – pinch of nutmeg – 3 medium-sized apples, diced


  • Blend together the dates, water, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.

  • Place in a bowl and add the diced apples. Mix until combined

  • Serve immediately or place in an airtight container in the fridge to keep for later.
